You can cancel your order at any time before or after you’ve been matched with a fetcher. However, do note that cancelling after 5 minutes will result in a 1-star rating.

If your fetcher cancels, you may request for a new fetcher. But before you do that, we recommend that you check the reason for the cancellation. If it’s due to the price or delivery deadline, we strongly encourage you to review those fields. If your fetcher cancels after 5 minutes, they will automatically receive a 1-star rating.

Review the price, deadline and items listed in your order. Fetchers are more likely to accept orders with fair rates, reasonable delivery times and easy-to-find items.

There is no fixed price or rate to pay your fetcher. However, the price offered should at least cover the fetcher’s cost of transportation. We also recommend offering higher rates for difficult-to-get or bulky items from out-of-the-way locations.

If you think that your fetcher will be unable to get a receipt/proof of purchase for your order, do inform them in advance and request that they confirm the price with you before making any purchases. We have also advised our fetchers to always contact their buyers if they are unable to get a receipt/proof of purchase.

If you feel that your fetcher was rude, unprofessional or displayed unacceptable behaviour, you can provide anonymous feedback once your order has been completed. We take ratings and feedback very seriously and fetchers with low ratings will be banned from the app. For immediate concerns, please contact our support team.

Fetch Me is committed to getting you your order on time, every time. If your fetcher is late, they will be charged a late penalty fee that is deducted from your delivery price.

After each order is completed, fetchers and buyers can anonymously rate each other and leave feedback based on their experience. Your rating is an average of all the ratings you have received from Fetchers.

If your buyer cancelled, you can check for new orders by going back to the Fetch Now screen. If the cancellation was done after 5 minutes, the buyer will automatically receive a 1-star rating.

Receipts/proof of purchase are important to prevent any disputes on the cost of the buyer’s items. If you are unable to provide any receipts/proof of purchase, please contact and inform your buyer immediately.

Buyers depend on fetchers to get their orders. If you are unable to complete your order, please use the app to cancel immediately. Cancellations after 5 minutes will result in a 1-star rating.

Our support team is always on hand to provide support and help when needed. Also, when you’re online, your route and location are tracked via GPS. In addition, buyers are required to verify their personal data before creating an account.

After you accept an order, you can use your app to message/contact the buyer. However, you should only get in touch with your buyer if you have queries on their order. Once the order has been delivered, you will no longer be able to contact the buyer through the app.

Once you’ve consolidated your orders, select a specific date, time and location for the orders to be picked up and request for a fetcher via our system. Your assigned fetcher will collect and deliver the items as per your specifications.

If there are any changes to the pickup date and time, please cancel the order and place a new one.

Cancellation of orders can be made directly on the app. Simply open the app, select the order you wish to cancel and tap to confirm.

Fetch Me works by connecting buyers and fetchers. Buyers input their orders on the app and these are dispatched to fetchers in the area.

Log onto the app as a buyer and tap on My Orders. There will be a list of all the orders you have made through Fetch Me.

The fetcher’s profile will appear on the app once they have delivered the items. To rate, click the number of stars based on how satisfied you are with their service. You can also leave comments about your experience.

As a partner of Fetch Me, you enjoy fixed rates on deliveries. The price depends on the number of deliveries per month. The more you deliver with Fetch Me, the lower your delivery rates.
